Review every requirement for the different setups as it will impact the feasibility of your event.

1. indoor setup 

requirements 

  • ​Space → Minimum 2x2m

  • Electricity → 16-amp power connection

  • Accessibility → Easy loading and unloading access

  • Elevator → Required for non-ground floor locations

  • Safety → Fire alarm temporarily deactivated during operation

2.  OUTSIDE SETUP

requirements 

  • ​Space → Minimum 2x2m

  • Accessibility → Easy loading and unloading
    access i.e.     NO STAIRS or steep hills

  • Elevator → Required for non-ground floor locations

3. FOOD Truck SETUP

requirements 

  • Space → Minimum 6x3m

  • Accessibility → Clear access to drive to location

  • Electricity → 16-amp
