• Travel within 15 km of Enekullegatan 1, Gothenburg
• Setup and breakdown of our mobile pizzeria
• Buffet-style service within a 90-minute food service window
• Pizzas served hot on rotation from wooden boards
• Staffing: 1 pizza chef + 1 serving staff for events up to 60 guests
• For 60+ guests, additional staff may be required to keep service smooth
• Paper plates and napkins included
• Waste disposal included
Our team arrives ahead of service to set up, heat the oven, and prepare everything properly. For larger groups, we may begin baking before the official service time and finish pizzas fresh during service to ensure a fast, smooth, and generous food flow for your guests.
