2. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date the equipment is delivered or collected by the Hirer.

The rental period ends on the agreed return date unless extended in writing by the Owner.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full prior to the rental period unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur additional charges.

Security deposits, if applicable, must be paid at the start of the rental period and will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the equipment.

4. Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection charges may apply.

The Hirer is responsible for ensuring access to the location is suitable for delivery and collection.

5. Equipment Use and Maintenance

The Hirer agrees to use the equipment for its intended purpose and in a safe and proper manner.

The Hirer must not modify or alter the equipment without prior written consent from the Owner.

The Hirer is responsible for maintaining the equipment in good condition throughout the rental period.

6. Damage, Loss, or Theft

The Hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.

The Hirer must notify the Owner immediately of any damage or loss.

Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Hirer.

7. Liability

The Owner is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the use of the equipment.

The Hirer assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within [specified timeframe] prior to the start of the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.
