2. Rental Period

• The rental period begins on the date the equipment is delivered or collected by the Hirer.
• The rental period ends on the agreed return date unless extended in writing by the Owner.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full prior to the rental period unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.
• Security deposits, if applicable, must be paid at the start of the rental period and will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the equipment.

4. Delivery and Collection

• Delivery and collection charges may apply.
• The Hirer is responsible for ensuring access to the location is suitable for delivery and collection.

5. Equipment Use and Maintenance

• The Hirer agrees to use the equipment for its intended purpose and in a safe and proper manner.
• The Hirer must not modify or alter the equipment without prior written consent from the Owner.
• The Hirer is responsible for maintaining the equipment in good condition throughout the rental period.

6. Damage, Loss, or Theft

• The Hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.
• The Hirer must notify the Owner immediately of any damage or loss.
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Hirer.

7. Liability

• The Owner is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the use of the equipment.
• The Hirer assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within [specified timeframe] prior to the start of the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.
