At The Pizza Pushers, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you visit our website, contact us, request a quote, book an event, purchase a gift card, subscribe to marketing communications or otherwise interact with us.

For questions about this Privacy Policy or to exercise your data-protection rights, please contact us at the email address above.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
2. What personal data do we collect?
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
-
name;
-
company name and job-related information;
-
email address;
-
telephone number;
-
event date, location and guest numbers;
-
information about the type of event and your catering requirements;
-
billing and transaction information;
-
correspondence and information you provide when contacting us;
-
dietary and allergy information where necessary to safely plan and deliver an event;
-
photographs and videos taken at events;
-
newsletter preferences and marketing history;
-
technical information relating to use of our website, such as device/browser information, website interactions and cookie/analytics data where permitted;
-
information associated with gift-card purchases and event bookings; and
-
professional contact information obtained from third-party business sources where we carry out relevant B2B prospecting.
We aim to collect only information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
3. Quote requests, enquiries and event planning
When you submit a quote request, corporate catering enquiry, Masterclass enquiry or other event-related form, we process the information you provide so that we can:
-
understand your requirements;
-
contact you about your enquiry;
-
recommend an appropriate catering setup or service;
-
prepare and follow up a quote;
-
plan an event where you proceed with a booking; and
-
provide customer service.
Depending on the circumstances, we process this information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, and/or on the basis of our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and operating our business.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically mean that you have subscribed to our marketing newsletter.
4. Bookings, payments and administration
When you make a booking or purchase from us, we may process personal data for:
-
confirming and administering your booking;
-
communicating with you before, during and after the event;
-
delivering the agreed catering service;
-
handling deposits and payments;
-
invoicing and accounting;
-
dealing with changes, cancellations or customer-service matters; and
-
complying with legal obligations.
We currently use Wix for our website, forms, customer/contact management and related business functions. Payments may be processed through Wix-supported payment services and Stripe where applicable. We may also accept payments by Swish or bank transfer.
Payment providers process certain payment information in accordance with their own privacy terms.
5. Dietary requirements and allergies
To safely plan and serve an event, we may receive dietary or allergy information.
Where possible, we prefer to process this information without identifying individual guests, for example:
“2 gluten-free guests, 1 nut allergy.”
In some circumstances, it may be operationally necessary to identify which guest has a particular allergy or medically relevant dietary requirement so that the correct food is served safely.
Information concerning an identifiable person's health may constitute special-category personal data under the GDPR. Where we process such information, we limit its use to what is necessary for the relevant event and handle it with additional care. Where required, we will seek an appropriate explicit consent or rely on another applicable legal condition for processing such information.
Identifiable health/allergy information is not retained as part of our general customer-marketing history and will normally be deleted or de-identified shortly after the relevant event, unless there is a specific legal reason requiring longer retention.
6. Email marketing and newsletters
If you actively subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise validly choose to receive marketing communications, we may use your contact details to send:
-
company news;
-
event inspiration;
-
catering ideas;
-
seasonal offers; and
-
information about our services.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Every marketing newsletter includes an unsubscribe option. You may also contact hello@thepizzapushers.se and ask us to stop sending marketing communications.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect necessary communications relating to an enquiry, booking or transaction.
We may retain limited information on a suppression list after an unsubscribe or objection so that we can ensure that we do not accidentally contact you again for the same marketing purpose.
7. B2B prospecting and professional contact information
We may contact selected business professionals whose roles are reasonably relevant to corporate catering, company events, workplace activities or related purchasing decisions.
Professional contact information may be obtained from business-oriented third-party sources, professional databases, publicly available professional information or suppliers of B2B lead information.
Where appropriate, we may process limited professional information such as your:
-
name;
-
company;
-
professional role; and
-
business email address
on the basis of our legitimate interest in introducing relevant corporate catering services to organisations that may reasonably have a need for them.
Before relying on legitimate interest for this type of activity, we consider the relevance and necessity of the processing and the potential impact on the individual.
You have the right to object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing at any time. If you do so, we will stop using your personal data for that purpose.
B2B prospect contacts are managed separately from people who have actively subscribed to our regular newsletter wherever appropriate.
8. Photography and video at events
We may take photographs and short videos at events showing our food, ovens, catering setup, service and general event atmosphere.
These materials may be used to present and market The Pizza Pushers through channels such as our:
-
website;
-
Instagram and Facebook;
-
YouTube;
-
Google Business Profile;
-
newsletters; and
-
advertising.
We ask event organisers to let us know before an event if photography or filming is not appropriate, or if particular guests or areas should not be filmed.
For general event-atmosphere material, we assess the circumstances and applicable lawful basis before publication and respect relevant objections.
Where an identifiable individual is the clear focus of promotional content, particularly testimonials, close-up promotional material or prominent paid advertising, we may seek separate permission from that individual.
Additional information concerning event photography may also be provided in our event Terms & Conditions.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on applicable safeguards required by data-protection law, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards where required.

Specific information may be retained for a longer or shorter period where required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or otherwise justified under applicable data-protection law.
13. How we protect your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
