What's included?

Accepted Answer

We’ll arrive 1.5 hour before service time, to set up and fire up the oven. Once hot, our pizzas cook in minutes! 
Made fresh on-site with hand-stretched dough, our Neapolitan pizzas are served buffet-style so guests can enjoy all your selected flavours seamlessly. 
Travel within 15km distance from Enekullegatan 1, Göteborg. 
Buffet service for 1.5 hours. 
Staffing:  1 x pizza chef plus 1 x serving staff. 
Set up and breakdown  of mobile pizzeria. 
Supplies to serve your guests: Paper plates, Napkins, Served on wooden boards. 
Waste disposal.

Question 2

Is there a minimum booking requirement?

Accepted Answer

We cater events for 40 or more guests. However, we'd be happy to cater for your smaller party! To do so, we require a minimum spend, which is the equivalent of our 40-guest package. Please send us a quote request for more details.

Question 3

How far do you travel ?

Accepted Answer

Travel: Complimentary within 15 km from our kitchen at Enekullegatan 1, 418 75 Göteborg.
For distances beyond this, an additional fee of 25 SEK per kilometer applies.

How early should I book catering for my event?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Ideally, at least 2–4 weeks in advance for smaller events and 4–8 weeks for larger gatherings. However, we understand last-minute needs and will do our best to accommodate urgent requests based on availability. Contact us to check for open slots!

How is the pizza served?

We offer several serving options to match the style of your event:
Buffet Style: Pizzas are kept warm and displayed on trays for guests to serve themselves at their own pace. Great for large gatherings!
Mingle Style: We continuously serve freshly baked pizzas in smaller, easy-to-grab slices, perfect for cocktail parties or standing events.
Family Style: Whole pizzas are placed on each table for guests to share, creating a cozy and interactive dining experience.

Does the pizza oven produce any smoke?

Accepted Answer

Our pizza ovens are designed to produce minimal to no smoke when operating properly. However, this depends on the type of oven used:
Wood-fired ovens may produce some smoke, especially when starting up, but we use well-seasoned wood to keep it minimal.
Gas and electric ovens produce little to no smoke, making them ideal for indoor and smoke-sensitive locations.
If your venue has restrictions on smoke or open flames, let us know, and we’ll recommend the best setup for your event

Do you offer gluten-free pizza?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer gluten-free pizza options for guests with gluten intolerance. Our gluten-free dough is made separately to reduce cross-contamination, but please note that since we handle regular flour in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free environment.
If you or your guests have severe gluten allergies or celiac disease, let us know in advance so we can take extra precautions.

Do you make vegan pizzas?

Absolutely! We offer delicious vegan pizzas made with plant-based ingredients. You can choose from:
Vegan cheese or cheeseless options
A variety of fresh veggies and toppings
Vegan-friendly sauces (like tomato sauce, garlic oil, or pesto)
Let us know your preferences, and we’ll make sure everyone at your event has a tasty slice to enjoy!

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

No worries! We have solutions to keep the pizza coming, rain or shine:
Covered Setup: If your event is outdoors, we can bring tents or set up under a sheltered area.
Indoor Option: If there’s an indoor space available, we can adjust our setup accordingly.
Flexible Rescheduling: If severe weather is expected, we can discuss alternative dates or arrangements.
